Our Services provide business reports generation through intelligent agents that utilize proprietary methodologies and third-party large language models (LLMs) such as GPT from OpenAI and other providers like Google. The output of our Services (the "Research") is for informational purposes only and should not be considered as financial, investment, or professional advice.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Payments and Billing

All payments for our Services are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not store or process your credit card information on our servers.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but price changes will not affect subscriptions for which you have already paid.

5. Xero Integration

Our Services may allow you to connect your Xero account. By connecting your Xero account, you authorize us to access and process your Xero data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Xero's terms of service.

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including the Research, are owned by Fingentify and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF THE RESEARCH. THE RESEARCH IS NOT FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.

Our Services utilize AI technologies, including LLMs, which may generate responses that contain inaccuracies. You should independently verify any information before making decisions based on the Research.

8. Limitation of Liability
